Worries dampen your joy

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, desires, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving to God." Philippians 4: 6

What is worry? This is to allow a situation or event you so upset that you stress or fear about it. You allow negative emotions control your life and thought.

What does concern one? It can stomach pain, headaches, sleepless nights, back pain and various diseases. The author of the book: "Nervous stomach troubles" (Dr. Montague) said: "You do not get ulcers from what you eat, but you get ulcers from what you eat." Worry destroy a man's mind and body. It can mentally dismantle trying to get you to pray. Worry is a symptom that your emotional thinking not managed well and you can no one else is responsible can hold. You see worry and fear neighbors. You only worry about a thing, you start the worst fear and then you lose control! If your fear took over, you lose control.

What does concern? Worry pay the outstanding bills, dry tears, it does not help to keep your work, it is never a family together, it puts food on your table. Concern do absolutely nothing other than to destroy your life. It's like rocking chair ride. You are constantly trying to sway, but you go nowhere. Worry no benefit - it is clearly detrimental to you and poison your mind and body

How do you deal with anxiety? You will have a definite decision that you're not going to allow anything to you so upset that it takes over control of your life. Paul suggests that further you that you are concerned with prayer, supplication and thanksgiving in the hands of the Lord of to gee.Ons be careful management of our lives deliberately in the hands of the Lord. Unmanageable things and emotions in the hand of the Lord and trust Him with it. If you worry in the hands of the Lord, your consternation disappear and you re inner joy experienced, if your situation has not changed. "Commit your way to the Lord and trust in Him; He will take care" ( Psalm 37:5 )

Prayer: Lord, help me to surrender my worries in your hands and put gratitude and joy back into my life.
