- Sometimes the weight of life and its issues can pull us down.
- The Lord wants to give a helping hand to everyone who comes to Him.
- He wants to lift the weight of our worries and cares.
- He wants to lift up our heads and help us to stand tall as we trust Him.

PRAYER: Lord, You know every weight, issue and concern that I carry. I pray that You will come and lift the load from my shoulders and help me to stand tall in Your strength. Amen.
