I would like a talk here about how love to people and God, is mistaken for a love of things if we do what good cellphone, car and other crap, in which we seek happiness instead of true love, more and more i watch it on people and I do not like it, so i added this post to do something with it..

Yes I have seen this too. We have become phone minded more the God minded. Anything that draws us away from God and takes presedence before God is an idol. We need to put the cellphones into perspective and use them not all them to control us. I have seen people isolating themselves because they do not want to interact with others without their cellphones. I have seen on Steve Harvey show how people are so dependent on their cellphones they are not talking to anyone. It is strictly about the cell phone and what did he/she think. We need the word of God more then the cellphones. The world is social to a fault now because Facebook and Twitter and other social sites that promote more of it. It is a glut in society and we all lack respect for God and others when we worship our cellphones.
I have a song from the past that fits what is going on in the world today.

People today are becoming more and more like Lot's wife or the rich man they know what they need to but their way of life or what they have keeps them from following Jesus fully.

CELL PHONE vs. BIBLE .. i am sure it's being posted already, but it's so true
I wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phone?
What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?
What if we flipped through it several times a day?
What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?
What if we used it to receive messages from the text?
What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?
What if we gave it to Kids as gifts?
What if we used it when we traveled? What if we used it in case of emergency?
This is something to make you go...hmm. Where is my Bible?
Oh, and one more thing. Unlike our cell phone, we don't have to worry about our Bible being disconnected because Jesus already paid the bill.
Makes you stop and think "where are my priorities?"
