Do God's Work and all Your Needs will be Met | Fri May 23, 2014 12:22 am by Camille | God always provides for our needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:19
As long as we are doing the work of the Lord God will always meet our needs. As long as we are pointing others to God, He will always see that you have plenty.
Do the work of the Lord share what you know from the bible and share your testimony of how you were healed or set free and God …

| In Isaiah 9:6-7 (NIV), the birth of our Saviour and Lord is foretold:
A Child will be born to us. A Son will be given to us. He will rule over us. And He will be called Wonderful Adviser and Mighty God. He will also be called Father Who Lives Forever and Prince Who Brings Peace. The authority of His rule will continue to grow. The peace He brings will never end. He will rule on David’s throne and over his kingdom. He will make the kingdom strong and secure. His rule will be based on what is fair and right. It will last forever. The LORD’s great love will make sure that happens. He rules over all (Isaiah 9:6-7 NIV).
Those who are in Jesus Christ have been made righteous by the grace of God, have all the blessings of God and are empowered and moulded more and more after the likeness of God by His Spirit.
The following list is a compilation I made of scripture that will reveal and remind us of who we are, what we have and what we can do, in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Let us allow the Spirit of God to work according to our faith in these wonderful and powerful scriptures.
In Christ we live in God’s grace, having redemption, forgiveness of sins and salvation, through the blood of our Lord (Ephesians 1:7).
In Christ we have eternal life (John 3:16).
In Christ we have the fullness of life (John 10:10).
In Christ, we have the power of the Spirit of God that will enable us to worship God as He is, therefore, in truth and in Spirit (John 4:23-24).
In Christ we can confidently approach the throne of God, where there is mercy, grace and help whenever we need to (Hebrews 4:14-16).
In Christ we are redeemed, made righteous and are children of God and the Almighty Father will not withhold His blessings and any good thing from His children (Galatians 4:5-7; Psalm 84:11).
In Christ, all things we ask of God in the name of Jesus His Son, shall be granted to us (John 16:23).
In Christ, God’s Spirit is in union with ours, and what is kept for His Son Jesus will also be ours; if we share in His suffering, which we the body of Christ must endure while in flesh, we will also share in the glory of Christ (Romans 8:16-17).
In Christ we reign as kings in life through God’s overflowing grace which made us righteous (Romans 5:17).
In Christ, we live according to the Spirit, and not by the flesh. We are made right by the Spirit of God dwelling within us, although our mortal bodies will die because of sin (Romans 8:9-10).
In Christ, we are a new being, having our old self with its evil practices stripped off, and we are being renewed and remoulded after the image of God, in order to bring us to a full knowledge of Himself (Colossians 3:9-10).
In Christ we have the love of God and nothing stands in the way of the love God has for those who love Him and His Son Jesus Christ (Romans 8:38-39).
There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ (Romans 8:33-34).
The scripture below is powerful for healing, renewal, for the Spirit of God to work in us in a more powerful way. Have faith in it. Put the scripture up where you would be able to read it often, for example on the wall or refrigerator if you feel led to:
If the Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from death, lives in you, then he who raised Christ from death will also give life to your mortal bodies by the presence of his Spirit in you (Romans 8:11).
In Christ who loves us, we have victory over all evil –in fact the scriptures says we are more than conquerors in Him who loves us (Romans 8:37). Satan and all of his hosts of demons are powerless against those who are in Christ. They cannot come near to those who abide in the love of God.
In Christ we have the power to cast out demons and heal the sick (Mark 16:17-18).
We can use the mighty and powerful name of Christ to defeat demons and all works of evil, and nothing shall by any means harm us (Luke 10:17-19).
In Christ, who is the Head of the body, we the rest of the body are being nourished and held together by our joints and ligaments, and the body grows as God wants it to grow (Colossians 2:19).
In Christ, we are being built together into a place where God lives through his Spirit (Ephesians 2:22).
Christ overcame the world, and in Him we have peace (John 16:33).
In Christ we have the peace of God which transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
In Christ we do not have the spirit of fear, but of love, power and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
God will supply the every need of those who are in Christ (Philippians 4:19).
In Christ we are able to open all of God’s hidden treasures of God’s wisdom and knowledge (Colossians 2:3) because we have received the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him (Ephesians 1:17).
Those in Christ have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16).
In Christ we have His strength to do all things (Philippians 4:13).
In Christ we are a chosen race, the King's priests, the holy nation and God's own people, chosen to proclaim the wonderful acts of God (Peter 2:9).
In Christ, we rule with Him in the heavenly world (Ephesians 2:6).
In Christ, we are the light of the world (Matthew 5:14).
Put Scriptures where you can see and read them often, for example, on doors, where you work or on the refrigerator. You can use Sticky Notes, print them from the internet and put them up or even write them with chalk –whichever way that is best for you. Confess your scriptures aloud and regularly. |
