Are Harry Potter Books Harmless?

The Bible clearly shows us that God forbids the practice of witchcraft:

Deuteronomy 18:9-14 ESV
“When you come into the land that the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not learn to follow the abominable practices of those nations. There shall not be found among you anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering, anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer or one who inquires of the dead, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord. And because of these abominations the Lord your God is driving them out before you. You shall be blameless before the Lord your God, ...

Revelation 21:8 ESV
But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”

Revelation 22:15 ESV
Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.

Harry Potter books and movies contain spells and names of evil spirits/demons. If you have books that contain magic spells and books about demons in your home, there will also be demons in your home. The people who make and publish these books are very smart and have an agenda. Occultists know that just by saying the names of some demons, you can invoke them. I have looked at the novels they publish now. Many of them seem innocent but the characters' names are demon names.

To avoid demonic oppression and possession, please do not buy non-fiction and fiction books about demons, witchcraft, fallen angels, vampires and werewolves. If you have these books in your house, burn them and make your homes and minds a place where the Lord Jesus (and not demons) would like to live.
