Do God's Work and all Your Needs will be Met | Fri May 23, 2014 12:22 am by Camille | God always provides for our needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:19
As long as we are doing the work of the Lord God will always meet our needs. As long as we are pointing others to God, He will always see that you have plenty.
Do the work of the Lord share what you know from the bible and share your testimony of how you were healed or set free and God …

| The Most Powerful Kind of Worship One question that's often asked among Christians is whether or not the law of tithing applies to us today. In Deuteronomy 14:22-23, we read, "You shall truly tithe all the increase of your grain that the field produces year by year... the tithe of your grain and your new wine and your oil, of the firstborn of your herds and your flocks, that you may learn to fear the LORD your God always." So many people focus so much on what to give to God that they forget why they give to God. The purpose of tithing isn't because God needs your money. If you look at the last little clause in the verse above, it's so that you may learn to fear God always! I've heard statistics that say only 12% of all Christians tithe to God from their income. That saddens me because nothing will teach a Christian to worship and fully trust in God like giving. It's the most tangible gesture of worship we can give—the first of our very livelihood! As a church, let's love God with all our heart, all our soul, all our strength. Let's love Him with our praises and with our prayers. Let's love Him with a heart of worship. And let's never neglect loving Him with our giving! Prayer for the day: Dear God, today everything I have belongs to You, and I commit to loving You with my giving! | |
