Do God's Work and all Your Needs will be Met | Fri May 23, 2014 12:22 am by Camille | God always provides for our needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:19
As long as we are doing the work of the Lord God will always meet our needs. As long as we are pointing others to God, He will always see that you have plenty.
Do the work of the Lord share what you know from the bible and share your testimony of how you were healed or set free and God …

| When Life Doesn’t Make Sense
Abraham was tested many times over the years. He had to wait until he was an old man before having a child, he was asked to leave his home, and he was even asked to kill his own son. With all these uncertainties, how did Abraham keep his faith strong?
He kept believing and speaking, giving glory to God through prayer and praise. He trusted in God so much that he started to see the world through God’s eyes, not his frail human ones.
Abraham thought like God thought! He saw like God saw! He believed like God believed! He spoke like God spoke!
But even after all that, when he was 120 years old, God gave Abraham one of the hardest tests by asking him to sacrifice his only son Isaac on the altar (Hebrews 11:17). Wouldn’t Isaac’s death render God’s promises to Abraham void? Yet, Abraham chose to keep his trust in God … and God honored his trust! Isaac did not die and Abraham was blessed even more.
Friend, you and I need to be more like Abraham when difficulties come our way. We need to be able to say, “God, You are a good God. Even when it doesn’t make any sense, I trust You completely!”
Prayer for the day:
Thank God that He is a very good God! Tell Him that He is worthy of your trust and faith; that even when things don’t make any sense, you will be committed to trust Him completely! | |
