God’s strength gives you boldness to be His warrior.

God’s armor helps you stand and not fall down or fall back.

God’s truth gives you clear direction and keeps you from confusion or misinformation.

God’s breastplate gives protection to your heart to keep its intents pure and its affection undivided.

God’s Gospel gives direction to your steps, keeps you moving in the right direction and in the pathway of peace.

God’s shield of faith means that there is not an inch of you that is vulnerable to the attack of the enemy’s lies, false accusations, deceptions, or schemes.

God’s helmet protects your mind from the thinking of the world, from the pitfalls of human reason, and from the thoughts that would bring you into doubt and fear.

God’s sword is the weapon that cuts through and penetrates deeper than every lie and falsehood that would mislead, or obscure the truth.

God’s Spirit is your guarantee that the battle is the Lord’s, that the victory is won, and that prayer is how you keep in constant communication with your reigning King of glory.
