We have a system on here that gives us points when someone likes our question and or answers. At the far right there is a tiny + sign and if you click on it, there will appear a light green stripe it gives you points. THERE IS NO BUTTON IT IS JUST A PLUS SIGN.
When you want to vote for them you will see a light grey broken square up above their question and if you click on it, it takes you to a window that says thank you for voting.
It is just a fun way to vote for others and show your support.

Your points will increase and I enjoy the feature.
