Do God's Work and all Your Needs will be Met | Fri May 23, 2014 12:22 am by Camille | God always provides for our needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:19
As long as we are doing the work of the Lord God will always meet our needs. As long as we are pointing others to God, He will always see that you have plenty.
Do the work of the Lord share what you know from the bible and share your testimony of how you were healed or set free and God …

| How to Measure True Humility
"Let no one cheat you of your reward, taking delight in false humility and worship of angels, intruding into those things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind." (Colossians 2:18)
Tucked away in Colossians 2:18 are some very interesting nuggets of information concerning our personalities. This verse tells us that it is possible to be cheated out of our reward through false humility and by being vainly puffed up by our fleshly mind. Simply put, pride will cheat you out of God's best for your life.
When humility and pride are measured, most people use an incorrect measuring device. Some measure pride and humility by the amount of wealth a person has.
Years ago, two ministers I know were invited to a ministry crusade meeting hosted by a well-known foreign missionary. The missionary was speaking on humility and called both of them to the platform. The missionary, with a clear voice, announced to the crowd that my minister friends were two of the most humble ministers she knew.
When the proclamation of their humbleness had been made, you could hear some rumbling from the crowd. As soon as the meeting was over, another minister attending the meeting approached them and asked, "How can you be humble when you have new cars, new homes, and are probably the only two people in the room who own their own airplanes? Try hanging around with me for a while. I don't have any of those things. I'll show you what true humility is." Sadly, this minister was not measuring humility with the right measuring stick. Humility has nothing to do with how much or how little money we have. Jesus said that He was humble, yet He possessed the universe and had all power. (Matt. 11:29 NLT.) The devil, on the other hand, has had everything stripped from him and he is full of pride. (Isa. 14:12-15.)
Humility is exalting God and His Word and His plan above your own and willingly being obedient to all that He says. Jesus submitted His will completely to the Father and He was humble. In light of that, if we submit our will to the Father with willing obedience, then we too will be walking in humility.
